Advanced Search: Reports

To conduct an Advanced Search for Reports, select REPORTS from the Advanced Search dropdown in the Navigation Bar.

Filter your results by:

• Event Date/Time
• Shift Time Range
• Report Type

The following sections allow you to filter your results even further. Click the chevron to right of these sections to reveal additional fields.

• Report Details
• Personnel
• Involved Persons, Property, Vehicles, Locations, Organizations

Note: The Incident / Offense Classification field will only work if UCR reporting is enabled for your department. If UCR is not enabled, then no reports will match to any values in that dropdown, so setting that dropdown will result in getting zero results for your search.

Click SEARCH to run your Reports search.

Report Type Search Fields

Depending on which Report Type you select in the Report Type field, different search fields will show in the Reports page.
